The company’s worldwide headquarters is in Lytham, Lancashire, United Kingdom. From here the company’s products are supplied to European, North and South American and Asian markets. All design work is carried out in Lytham.
Helical-Funwick Engineering, our joint venture in Kunshan, near Shanghai, China, assembles and supplies actuators to Asian markets.
Helical Auto-Technology Pvt Ltd, Pune, our Indian Subsidiary, assembles and supplies products to the Indian market.
Helical Engineering Kunshan Ltd, our Chinese subsidiary, assembles and supplies products to the Chinese market.

These are used on large diesel and gas engines. Each time a valve closes, the valve rotator turns the valve slightly, and allows the inlet and exhaust valves to be heated and cooled symmetrically. It also prevents valves sticking due to uneven carbon build-up, or wear on the valve seat.
